Simple really. We have a blue collar mentality and work ethic that you will notice on your very first
Reset project, and you might even start to take it for granted by your third or fourth project. But
don't fret - I'll remind you.

But everyone works hard, you say, and you'd be right. So what do we really do that makes us
different? For starters, we use a web-based project management system that allows all team
players (Consultants, City Officials, Contractors) to fold in to the process. It provides a great
framework for every project, and allows the process to be simultaneously collaborative and yet
responsible to things like budgets and schedules. And it works really great on your iPhone, too.
So you can feel connected to the progress of your project no matter where you are, just like we do.

We also design all of our projects in 3d. Early design meetings usually consist of sitting around a
computer, spinning around and through the design options, making it easy for Owners of all levels
to be able to experience and comfortably communicate their ideas. There are no surprises at the
end because you have already seen what it is going to look like.

We also know the value of a quick sketch, too, to quickly capture that brilliant idea before it
evaporates. The practice is equally comfortable designing in a full 3d computer environment as
on a napkin, and knows the appropriateness of each technique depending on where we are in the
design process.

And If you care about things like this, we also have the ability to produce projects with BIM.
