The new investors of a 100,000 s.f. medical
office building in Sun City, Arizona hired
Reset to redefine the image of the aging
building. Upgrades included a new modern
exterior paint scheme, new landscaping and
site retaining walls, remodeled lobbies and
bathrooms, and a new exterior signage
treatment to bring a new cohesiveness to
both buildings on the campus.
This project is under construction.
